Snow clearing and de-icing take dedicated trucks, salt logistics and 24/7 storm monitoring — so we built a company just for that. North Shore Snow keeps North Shore driveways, parking lots and sidewalks safe from the first flurry in October to the last refreeze in April.

What services do you offer?
Landscaping and lawn care, garden maintenance, yard cleanups, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and window washing for low-rise and high-rise buildings. We serve homes, strata and commercial properties. Winter snow and ice work is handled by our sister company, North Shore Snow.
Which areas do you serve?
North Vancouver is home base, and we work across the North Shore and Greater Vancouver — North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and surrounding communities.
How do I get a quote?
Fill in the quote form, email Quotes@maintenancemasters.ca, or call (604) 831-6454. For most properties we can quote from the details you give us without a site visit.
How does billing work?
Maintenance contracts run on flat-rate automatic payments — no monthly invoices or cheques — and prepaying earns a 5% discount. One-time services can be prepaid or billed automatically to a card on file after the work is done.
Are you insured?
Yes — fully insured, including for rope-access high-rise window work. Proof of insurance is available with your quote on request.
