Can you really do high-rise buildings?
Yes — high-rise rope-access work is a core service, not an add-on. Our technicians are trained and insured for suspended access, and we photograph completed elevations so building managers can verify the work.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Most commercial buildings and strata schedule twice a year; storefronts often go monthly. For homes, an annual or twice-annual clean keeps coastal grime and hard-water spotting from etching the glass.
Do you clean interior glass too?
Yes, where access allows — interior sides, mirrors and glass partitions can be included in the same visit. Tell us what you want covered when you request the quote.
What about rain?
Light rain does not undo a professional clean — spotting comes from dissolved minerals and dirt, which pure-water cleaning removes. If weather genuinely threatens the result, we reschedule and you get notified.
