1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Maintenance Masters' services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Maintenance Masters provides property maintenance services including landscaping, lawn and garden care, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, window washing, and related services. The specific services provided will be outlined in your service agreement, which will specify the frequency, extent, and any limitations of our services. Winter snow and ice services are provided by North Shore Snow under its own agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Payment is typically due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Maintenance Masters reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not received in a timely manner.

4. Service Limitations

While Maintenance Masters strives to provide high-quality services, severe weather conditions may impact our ability to provide timely service. In such cases, delays are possible, and we will communicate any schedule adjustments as soon as possible.

5. Liability

Maintenance Masters is not liable for any damages resulting from acts of nature, including but not limited to severe storms or extreme weather conditions. Customers are responsible for ensuring their property is adequately prepared for our services. Maintenance Masters shall not be responsible for damage to items left in work areas.

6. Property Access

Customers must ensure access to the property to allow Maintenance Masters to perform the agreed services. If access is obstructed, Maintenance Masters reserves the right to reschedule the service, and additional fees may apply.

7. Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel their service with Maintenance Masters by providing written notice at least 14 days in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in additional charges.

8. Changes to Services

If you wish to make changes to the scope of services, please contact us. Changes may require an updated agreement, and additional fees may apply.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maintenance Masters and its employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Maintenance Masters.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the jurisdiction of British Columbia.

11. Modifications

Maintenance Masters reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
