Do I have to commit to a contract?
No. One-time cleanups and single visits are welcome. That said, most clients move to a maintenance contract once they see the difference a regular schedule makes — and contracts get flat-rate automatic billing with a 5% prepayment discount.
How does billing work on a maintenance contract?
Flat-rate automatic payments — no monthly invoices or cheques to remember. Prepay the season and save 5%. One-time services can be prepaid or billed to a card on file after the work is done.
Will I know when the crew is coming?
Yes — a notification lands before every visit confirming the day and time window, and rescheduling is as easy as replying.
What happens to the clippings and debris?
We haul away everything we generate — grass, trimmings, leaves and cleanup debris — as part of the service.
