Will pressure washing damage my surfaces?
Not the way we do it. Pressure is matched to the surface: rotary surface cleaners for concrete, low-pressure soft washing for siding and roofs adjacent areas, and gentler settings for wood and pavers. The goal is clean, never stripped.
How often should concrete be washed on the North Shore?
Most properties benefit from an annual wash — the coastal climate grows moss and algae fast, and letting it build up makes surfaces slippery and shortens their life. High-shade areas sometimes warrant twice a year.
Do I need to be home?
